- Where's my order? Most items are made to order — production usually takes 2–4 days, plus shipping time. Check your email for tracking updates, and see our Shipping Policy for details.
- Refunds & returns: Because our gear is made to order and includes personal-care items, all sales are final. If something's wrong with your order, email us and we'll make it right.
- Need to change or cancel an order? Email us within 24 hours of ordering — we can help as long as your order hasn't started production or shipped.
