What happens if my order was lost, stolen, or damaged? Meet, Route+!

Route+ is the best way to keep your order secure until it in your hands. Many of us have had packages get lost in the mail, damaged during shipment and/or was stolen from the doorstep. All of those are awful situations, "butt" that's life sometimes, and Bearback understands that, so we offer Route+ to on all orders for customers to add-on.

It's easy to add "Route+" to you order [an option to add Route will appear above the checkout button at the end of your shopping trip] asking if you would like to add the service to your order. The price starts at $0.98 for most orders and slightly more on larger orders - Bearback does not set these prices and the customer pays this during checkout.

IF AN ORDER DOES NOT HAVE ROUTE+ ADDED TO IT VIA THE CUSTOMER, BEARBACK IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN ORDERS. THIS SERVICE IS TO PROTECT BOTH YOU AND US TO ENSURE EVERYONE IS TREATED FAIRLY. WE POST ABOUT ROUTE+ COVERAGE ALL OVER THE SITE TO INFORM CUSTOMERS ABOUT THIS OPTIONAL SERVICE.

Route also lets you keep an eye on your order as it gets delivered to you via the "Route App" [iOS] [Android] since it shows you a visual of your orders' shipping progress.

All claims are handled by Route and not Bearback, for all questions related to this service we will do our best to find the correct answer though by downloading the app on your smart device you might find the answer you are looking for and/or a customer service number.
