To initiate this process, kindly submit your request below and also complete the deductible payment for the exchange found below the form. Ensure that you select the appropriate deductible plan for the item after submitting the form below. Important Note: If you fail to complete BOTH the form and the deductible payment within 7 days of receiving your original item, we will be unable to process your exchange. Please be aware that if we do not have your required size in stock, you will be placed in a special queue, prioritizing your request for your item in the correct size before fulfilling any new orders of the same size. As of now, we do not have an estimated timeframe for shipping items not in stock, as they will need to wait until the next production cycle. This wait period can vary from a few weeks to a few months. We will inform you via the email address you provide below once the new item is ready to ship. However, please note that you will be required to return your original item (for which we will provide a pre-paid return label) within the same 7-day period upon receiving your replacement. Please be aware that this protection plan does not allow for returns, as all types of underwear are non-returnable and non-refundable by law. Though this program allows Beerback to support our Trube in the best way possible when it comes to this type of item. DO NOT SEND YOUR HOLSTER, BOX, ACCESSORIES, OR LUBES. ONLY SEND US YOUR JOCK PACKAGED IN IT'S BAG AND ENSURE IT IS MAILED IN A POLY BAG OR BOX NO BIGGER THEN 8"x6"x4". THERE IS NO SHIPPING FEE FOR THIS EXCHANGE AS BEARBACK PAYS THAT FOR YOU. WE WILL SEND A SHIPPING LABEL TO THE EMAIL LISTED ON YOUR EXCHANGE. .
